Hand of Protection Macro!

This macro does not work. Is there a new macro which will cast Hand of Protection onto your target's target ONLY if YOURSELF is NOT the target?

may work not sure i know player will only cast it on yourself and that putting no before something will make it the opposite so noplayer should be anyone but you!
