4.0.3 Liquid Detail & Viewporter (fixed)

4.0.1 introduced the new Cata Liquid Detail settings. While it's pretty to look at, setting at anything higher than fair will cause those of us that uses screen re-sizer mod like Viewporter to duplicate images near the water's edge.
It would appear that 4.0.3 fixed this problem. So back to Black Screen I go.
