HOS macro

Postby Nureyev » Sat Oct 23, 2010 12:15 pm

Hi all :)

I'm looking for a macro to cast HOS on my target's target; i.e., in case of aggro loss. It seems that it might be useful as an emergency "taunt" when used with Glyph Of Salvation. A bit concerned that if the healer/dps uses an aggroo wipe and the mob switches back to me I wouldnt want to cast it on myself XD I'm a bit slow with the "fancier" macros...would this do the job?

/stopmacro [help]
/targettarget
/targetplayer
/targetlasttarget
/stopmacro [harm]
/cast [help] Hand of Salvation
/targetlastenemy

Thanks for the help!

I'm not sure how you'd stop it casting on yourself. In a 5-man group adding the term "party" will only let it cast the other four members, doesn't work in raids though:

/cast [@targettarget,party] Hand of Salvation
I don't play WoW any more.

i got this HOS makro using Vuhdo frames, it's an Vuhdo mouseover makro:

Code: Select all
#showtooltip
/cast [target=vuhdo] Hand of Salvation
/script m="" ..GetSpellLink("Hand of Salvation").." -20% aggro reduce ver 10 sec!" p=UnitName("vuhdo") SendChatMessage(m,"WHISPER", nil,p);

same effekt without Vuhdo:

Code: Select all
#showtooltip
/cast [@targettarget] Hand of Salvation
/script m="" ..GetSpellLink("Hand of Salvation").." -20% aggro reduce over 10 sec!" p=UnitName("@targettarget") SendChatMessage(m,"WHISPER", nil,p);

got this one for HoSacrifice and HoFreedom as well:

Hand of freedom, run forest, RUN!
Hand of Sacrifice, 30% incoming damage transfered to me. /in 12 /w vdname Transfer ends.
dont nerf me bro
