Ability swap macro?

I'm looking for a macro (a seperate button than the one I'm talking about) that will change the ability on 1 button in my actionbar.
Specifically what I want to do is say button 1 is currently Crusader Strike, if I hit Alt + Q it runs this macro and switches button 1 to HotR.
Yes I know I could do this with bar paging but if possible I just want to swap the 1 button.
