addon suggestion list

Hey,
The other day I was browsing the forums and I found this list of about 30 addons with alternatives. It had a few really good suggestions. However, I forgot to bookmark it. And now after an hour spent searching I cannot find it! If anyone could help that would be great! I just need the link.
EDIT: In particular I am looking for this addon mentioned that would make it so that when you pressed a key down it would be recognized on pressing the key down rather then when the key is released.

I think the site you might be thinking of is Vranx, and the add-on you're thinking of is SnowfallKeyPress or something similar.
