RatingBuster & Sacred Duty

I checked to see if a new RatingBuster was out for any of the recent 3.3.2 hotfix but it didn't look like it. I went in and updated the script myself until a new version is out, if anyone else wanted this as well, just figured I would share.

under AddOns\RatingBuster\libs\LibStatLogic-1.1\LibStatLogic-1.1.lua

On line 8602, just change it from 0.04, 0.08 to 0.02, 0.04.
