Haturod (Warrior tank in our guild) has written this specifically with all tanks in mind.

It'll tell you what debuffs you and your fellow OT's have. You can turn on / off annoying sounds etc for everytime you or other tanks get debuffs, and you can preset messages to send to them by a single click.

It's on curse too, but wowinterface is more likely to be up to date.
