I am trying to track down what UI mod or Blizzard addition that is tossing an icon/spell name which is rather large right in the lower middle part of my screen. I don't jhave a screenshot but essentially the same icon/buff that shows on my ctbuffmod is also shown rather large like an inch high on my screen in the lower middle.

These icons are showing up for every fight for my spells and others.

That's your scrolling combat text. It's either whatever mod you use for that, or something you can turn off in the interface options.

It's a floating or scrolling combat text so you should resize it or move it or stop it through your options for that addon

Yes, it is SCT that is tossing out that large icon/spell description. It's tied to the messages portion of SCT. Unfortunately, I have found no way to completly turn it off. I have made it smaller and moved it off tot he side out of my way.

What do most of the paladins here use for combat text? I know there is parrot, mik's comabat text and maybe a few others. I am open to some suggestions or maybe some help is configuring my SCT to play nicer.

Totally agreed. Switched a few weaks back and am loving it over SCT.

You can turn it off in the customization area. The option name is Spell Icon I beleive. I will have to check it when I get home. I noticed that happened when 3.3 came out and it was irritating so i turned the spell icon off on my SCT and it went away.
