Yogg Macro

I need a Macro that can target the Immortal Guardians in Phase 3 and use Hand of Reckoning but then I encounter problem where I am already on an immortal guardian and targets the next.

No macro help, sorry, but here's what I do:

I face my back to Yogg, because I can't be bothered to manage my sanity while picking up adds. I have my Hand of Reckoning mapped to a mouse button (as well as keyboard), so whenever I see a big ugly heading in to nom my healers, I click on him and he's now mine.

They generally pass me a little before they turn to me, so I almost never have to back up (toward Yogg) to keep them in front of me.

And because the click also sets the new add as my target, if something goes amiss with HoR I can hit another taunt, shield, etc. to grab him.
