Also, DBM usually gets updated a lot when new content is released, then when it's right it stops updating as much because it's done.
Constant churn isn't necessarily a desired feature, all the time ...
I thought the same thing.

The sounds are too ridiculous and there's just too many events to change them.
Also strangely you can't change the font for the bars that matter.
Going back to BigWigs.

My only question is this - is it more lightweight and use less of anything then what DBM does?

This is something that I'm wondering also.

I tried this last night on our ToC10 run replacing DBM. I noticed no a slight decrease in addon memory use. Also the timers are spot on down to the 10th of a second. I only wish I could figure out a way to add more sounds to the alerts. I am trying to get a couple of the other officers in guild to test it also.

Re: Death to DBM & BigWigs!
I've been trying this for about a week now, considering getting my raiders to swap to it. We use BigWigs right now, and I'm concerned this may be too much for most of them to want to deal with configuration-wise. It'd be nice if there was a Pitbull-esque feature for me to send them "setups" as a base to work off of that might suffice for the majority.
The arrows are AMAZING - why did other mods not think of this?
I didn't get a chance to mess around with it, but did anyone find where to change what icons DXE uses to mark people who have "bad things"? Guildwise we usually use the Star or Diamond, and having it steal the skull when I'm raidleading is about the only annoyance I've had yet. I usually play with the sound off, so that aspect doesn't bother me, but when I do turn it on, it seems like my computer is very angry at me in encounters like Jaraxxus or whatnot where things are happening constantly - buzzing and whatnot, lol.

Re: Death to DBM & BigWigs!
This thing makes dbm look like a piece of crap. Example: I used to get frustrated at dbm for skipping Impales on Northrend Beasts (it'd only announce 2/3 of them), this gets every one. Plus it has the arrows, more warnings, better customisability, and a fancy looking range window.
All it needs is 5-man mods for me to remove dbm permanently.

I've been using it for a while and got rid of dbm/bw.
However, this mod is focused on what's happening to myself.
I whish I had a few more features such as raid warnings or a persistent list of player having say the burning or poisoned debuffs on the worms in ToC.

bossmod.
does everything your usual mods do, plus some.
Fully customizable.
notably, pops up a "valutation score" at the end of every bossfight, also marks with customizable effects the ones about to take damage on your frames (works only with default frames and Grid2 atm, afaik.
it's got a LOT of customizable warnings and things, including a tool which auto-kicks any DK using path of frost or shaman using water walking when you're falling to anub.

Looks like iLive2.1, but I too would like to know, as its WAY more sleek, intuitive looking, and clean then my "custom" UI...
