ZomgBuffs: Help Please?

I'm trying this mod out (usually use pallypower) and I have no idea how to begin to set it up.

Currently it wants me to buff myself with wisdom, even though I've changed every row on every line to Sanctuary. Is there a guide anywhere out there for this mod?

Check your Exceptions. You may have wisdom on yourself as an Exception. Shift-click will clear the Exception from the list and make you take whatever buff you have for Paladins.
