JotJ addon

I'm wondering if it is possible to write an addon to monitor JotJ useing the UnitAttackSpeed("target") function?
I suppose a database of base attackspeed values per mob are needed, but this doesn't seem to hard to collect, right (maybe even datamined, dunno)?
You could even limit it to bosslevel mobs only, to make it clean and fast...

probably wouldn't need a database of any sort. Just monitor when the attack speed increases by = the amount JotJ changes it
