Displaying health as a number

Anyone know what add-on can be used to display health as only a number? Ciderhelm from tankspot I think uses this, he displays two numbers above the enemy healthbar, one is his health, the other his rage. Might be nice to have my health as just a percentage on screen somewhere. Any info appreciated.
