I've installed it, and don't notice anything happening on my divine plea button. I haven't messed with it much, but I'll take a stab that its probably a conflict with another addon. The ones that quickly come to mind as adding something to the look of a button would be DrDamage and OmniCC for cooldown counts.

For IceHUD users, you can also just make a custom timer or custom timer bar. Its lightweight (cause you've already got the addon) and simple.

Can do the same for Divine Plea...
