Seal/HS/Consecrate timer bars addon

Hi there, I'm looking for a particular addon for tracking the timers on Seals/HS/Consecrate as the title says. I saw it in action in Taragon's "Bored Prot Pala" video, you can see them above the Quartz swing timer.

Does anyone know the name of that addon? I'd very much like to snag it

I use Classtimer for this atm on live.

I've been playing with NeedToKnow for 3.0/beta. Both are availiable at wowinterface.
