Anyone know how/if this can be done?

We are in a fight. I see mob X break for my healer.

I put my mouse over(not clicking this mob b/c I want to keep my current target) mob X and click my mouse wheel and it casts my taunt?

I believe what you want is

/cast [target=mouseover] Righteous Defense

^ That macro + Bind that button to your mousewheel and profit.
