Core of Insight Shadowsong 3/6 SWP Recruiting

Core of Insight is the number one Alliance guild on Shadowsong. We are an English-speaking guild recruiting to bolster our raid force significantly as we progress further into the Sunwell and beyond.
We are currently looking for:
Holy Paladins
Resto Shamans
Mages
Hunters
Enhance Shamans
Feral/Resto Druids
although we will welcome exceptional applications from all classes.
About us:
Core of Insight are an established raiding guild on Shadowsong (EU), that has focused on reaching and beating everything the game has to offer since the days of Molten Core. We currently rank as the second guild on the server for raid progress and the top Alliance guild, and we're looking for first-rate players to help improve on our status and bring us back to number one. We have an impeccable reputation on Shadowsong, and by joining us you can be assured that you are among the finest players on the server.
Our raid roster:
Wednesday: 19:00 - 00:00
Thursday: 19:00 - 00:00
Sunday: 19:00 - 00:00
Monday: 19:00 - 00:00
Tuesday: 19:00 - 00:00
This is subject to change, and will naturally drop quite considerably once all available content is on farm.
About you:
You know how to play your class and understand game mechanics
Your focus and raid preparation are never questionable
You have a T6 level of gear (exceptions can be made for outstanding applications)
You expect to be able to achieve a high level of attendance consistently
Your Internet connection has never been an issue
You have Ventrilo
You're prepared to push yourself that much further to be number one
Success doesn't go to your head
You are tough and resilient. If you're THAT good, you don't need much criticism, but be prepared.
The successful applicants will have all of the above in abundance, and you will fit in superbly with a focused and high-performing guild that is consistently successful.
