We pride ourselves in being a new and quickly progressing Bonechewer Alliance Guild. We are currently recruiting 2 Paladins in any role, 2 Shadow Priests, a Holy Priest, and a skilled mage. We are also looking for exceptional and motivated players of any class/role that want to become part of our raiding family. We ask that you meet the following personality requirements.

* Adaptive
* Proactive
* Level-headed
* An absolute minimum of 18 years of age.

We would like to see WWS reports from a previous guild or combat logs that we can parse for you, if possible.

We use our raiding time wisely with a two-fold purpose: making every raid member's experience as enjoyable as possible, and ensuring the guild improves and progresses through end-game content. We have a modest raiding schedule: 3 hours per day, 3 days per week. This is where the "Casual" comes in to play.

We can not stress enough the fact that we are strictly looking for good players, not geared players. Gear is merely a nice perk of getting a good team together, and is easily aquired. We need people who are at the top of their role, or who are willing and able to do whatever it takes to be at the top of their role. If you are tired of consistently being a top performer, yet not achieving your progression goals, we challenge you to apply. You don't need to be decked out in T5+ equipment, but you do need to be highly motivated and ready to take your game to a new level.

Your posts says you are looking for Ret Paladins, and not looking for Tankadins. You probably would get more interest from a Ret Paladin board.

Perhaps! But.. we tend to post recruitment posts on sites where they will be exposed to a high concentration of intelligent players, regardless of the specific theme.

I, for example, play a Resto Shaman, but I frequent this board to stay on the cutting edge of tanking strategies, since I am an officer of my guild.

I was thinking exactly the same thing. Your guild sounds great and all, but this site is full of Tankadins.

We are currently badge-farming, and ramping up our raider-base in preparation for entrance into Hyjal and BT in a few weeks.
