[A-US] <Cadenza> 8/8H 25-man, PST, 2 nights/wk

<Cadenza> on Blackrock-US is looking for some more talented players to fill out our roster. The guild has been around since approximately Ulduar in Wrath, but many of us have been playing since release. We aim to tackle challenging content on an abbreviated schedule.

Raid Schedule: We raid 25-man content two nights per week
Fridays and Saturdays, 6PM-10PM PST (server time).
We're currently 8/8H in Dragon Soul, and we've cleared all prior heroic content in Cataclysm.

About Us:
As you can imagine, raiding only 8 hours a week means that we're not vying for server/world firsts (though we were the server-first level 25 guild). However, we still manage to maintain a respectable US 130ish ranking for 25-mans. We maintain that level of progress by recruiting talented players who want to show up and kick ass for 8 hours a week. If you're a strong player that doesn't have the time to commit 3 or 4 nights a week to raiding, Cadenza may be the guild for you.

In addition, I lead a 10-man alt run on Sunday evenings, 6PM-9PM. In T11 and T12, this alt run was generally only a week or two behind our main raid in progression; for T13 we've dropped this run down to one night and haven't pushed heroic modes very hard due to roster instability.

Basically: we like to play well and kill bosses on a limited schedule. We don't do much raid stacking, and we don't recruit for the bench. If you're accepted and perform well, you can expect to raid.

Alternatively, you can go to our website and submit an application. But we really don't use the website much at all, and Kith will want to talk to you in person anyway.

Currently Seeking:
-DPS, of any sort. DKs, Warriors, and Shamans are particularly encouraged to apply.
-Strong healers are encouraged to apply as well, since several of our healers could go DPS as main spec.
-Gear level is not a serious concern; gear is easy to acquire, and we're more interested in picking up strong players who plan on sticking around.
