[A] <Risen> 3/7H 25M Open Recruitment

About Our Ideal Applicant:
We are currently openly recruiting all classes! We're looking to strengthen our core with players who excel at this game, so if you're that type of person, Risen may be the place for you!
Our ideal candidate is someone who is skilled at their class, has high situational awareness, and has a good sense of humor who can fit in well with the rest of our group. We are currently 7/7 normal 3/7 heroic in Firelands. We do prefer candidates who are geared appropriately for the content we are focusing on for progression.
If you are behind our current progression level in gear and experience, but can show exceptional skills through past experience and effort towards maximizing and understanding your class, we are willing to give you a chance to prove yourself. This doesn't mean that you can apply directly to us while in quest greens and blues with no current raid bosses down and hope that we'll throw gear at you. However, if you have made the effort to accumulate BiS pre-raid gear, including crafted/BoE/rep items, and you have shown through past raiding (Wrath HMs, Pre-nerf BC fights, Vanilla content) that you are able to perform at a progression raiding level, then we are more than happy to give you a chance. If you fall into this category, you are encouraged to be available for our alt runs to allow you to catch up to the rest of the raid in gear and experience.
Ideally, hybrid applicants will have both gear and ability to play an off spec role within their class. This gives us greater flexibility to maintain a small roster and utilize the same people as encounter requirements change the necessary raid composition. Additionally, pure DPS classes should be familiar with multiple specs and be able to adjust when necessary.

Risen is currently seeking all classes/specs/raid roles!
High - Risen is actively recruiting applicants of this class to fill vacant raiding spots. Multiple applicants will be considered.
Medium - Risen is seeking qualified applicants of this class to fill limited raiding spots.
Low - Risen has very limited raiding spots available for exceptional applicants of this class.
