PvE{US}[H]Runetotem<Big In Japan> LF 1 raid healer

We're looking for a capable raid healer for our 10 man raid. We want to get our raid group together and ready to roll into firelands in 4.2.
We are looking for, preferably, a resto druid, shaman, or holy priest. However, we'll take a look at other healers as well. Our current healers are a resto shaman and a disc priest.

Gems and enchants are a must! Gear and knowledge are preferred, but if you're willing to put in the time and effort to learn and run heroic dungeons, we'll help gear you up.

We currently raid on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays from 9pm to Midnight server time (CST).
