What we look for in potential recruits:

- Good Awareness! There's no excuse for dieing to any easily avoidable game mechanics.

- Able to maintain a 75% raid attendance average, and on that point it's good to know that Real Life will be put first over WoW.

- Be able to take a joke, and have fun.

- Attitude: Don't complain all the time or take WoW too serious.
