[A] 8/13H < Chosen > 25m LF talent, 9hrs/week

We're now 8/13 HM. This makes the third boss in a row to go down in the first week of attempts (keep in mind, we only raid 9 hours a week, and don't spend it all on new fights). Help us finish polishing our roster before Firelands!
If you're a strong dps of any class who can move with debuffs and avoid dying, or an exceptional healer, please come hit us up. We're polishing our roster, not filling holes.

Details:
Chosen is a 25m alliance guild, currently 8/13HM, with raids from 9pm-midnight EST on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
We are looking for a dps with the ability to put out appropriate damage while maintaining situational awareness. Anyone meeting those criteria are in demand, but a Shadow Priest, Hunter, and Warlock top the list.
Our raid schedule is built around freedom and efficiency, making the most of our time to enable us to enjoy the game we love without giving up other opportunities.
Outside of raids, we run Rated BGs daily (with our top group scheduling matches Sunday and Monday nights) with unscheduled groups nearly every night, including after raids end. We have people anywhere from 0 rating to over 2800. We have 10m alt or cleanup raids on most Mondays. A dozen people have over 10,000 achievement points (highest at 12,500). Most of us have several alts. We also have people playing together on other games, such as the new releases that are most interesting.
Our guild has been a force on Firetree since day 1 of the server, back in February of 2005. Many of us who were raiding the original Naxxramas or pushing for rank 14 are still playing with us today, alongside the dedicated and skilled people we have picked up over the years.
We are not your typical raid guild, chewing up and spitting out new recruits like its our job. It was not until our 6th anniversary a few months ago that we began soliciting applications from a select few - before that, we operated solely on the strength of our actions and word of mouth. In a typical raid, over 80% of the people are veterans, having been around since at least early WotLK, and only one person since then came from a server other than Firetree. We have incredibly low turnover and will be the last guild you ever need or want to join.
