Efficient Raiding

My guild is primarily a social guild, but we try to make the most of our extremely limited raiding time. We raid 3 hours/week (wed 8-11) in 25s and are 8/12 in ICC, and 3-6 hours/week (tues/thurs 8-11) in 10s and are 6/12 on HMs. In the near-term, we need to recruit so that we can bump back up to a second night of raiding in 25s to finish off ICC, but in the long-term, we are looking for more success with less hassle. If anyone knows of any exceptionally successful guild that raid less than 10 hours/week I want to know their secret.
