[A PvE-PST] Sleepless Knights Recruiting!

Sleepless Knights is looking to expand their roster. In order to complete our roster, we're currently looking for:
- ALL Classes and Spec's!
About Us:
Sleepless knights is a relatively newer guild to the server. We're a guild that raids less than the average guilds and only expect to have the same, or better outcome. We strive to complete all content at hand, when it first comes out.
Our ultimate goal is to be a top guild, maintain that status and consistently progress through all content.
Raid Schedule:
Sleepless Knights raids a VERY light schedule. We have ultimately made the decision to raid predominantly on Weekends. Therefore, our schedule is as follows:
-Friday: 5PM-9PM
-Saturday: 5PM-9PM
-Sunday: 5PM-9PM
This means, we raid on average, about 12 hours every week, excluding our 10-mans.
Our Expectations of YOU:
Overall, we have quite high expectations. Being that we raid less, and for a brief period of time weekly, we expect much more out of our raiders and raids.
-Attendance/Reliability: You should be able to make raids consistently, with near perfection, superb attendance. Never should ANY raider's attendance fall below 80%. We understand real-life comes first, and on an occasional basis, missing a raids is okay. However, when this becomes a weekly habit, we are only forced to remove you from the guild. We do NOT over-recruit. Therefore, reliability is key, and if you're deemed unreliable, then we're sorry but you're probably not for us!
-Performance: Of course, every guild out there seeks out the best of players. Well, like those guilds, so do we. We want the players who want to be there, every night and will perform to their maximum potential. Survivability, Situational Awareness, Damage per second (DPS) are all factors that fall under the category of "Performance." We keep logs (WMO's/WOL's/WWS's) of every single raid.
-Attitude: Part of being in Sleepless Knights is fitting in with our personality. We not only look for the performance of a player, but if they mesh in well with the rest of the guild. You should have the attitude to always want to be there. We strive towards perseverance, persistence, and expect courtesy from our players to achieve our goals.
-Gear: Of course, we don't expect you to be in best in slot epics from the day you walk into the guild. However, you should be in viable gear to keep up with our current players. In addition, you should have an intelligent and accurate gem, enchant, and professions choice.
What you can expect out of us:
Well, first and foremost, our goal isn't to impress you, that should be your goal (to impress us). However, you should also set some expectations for us and here they are:
-Seriousness and Efficiency: We value time. Therefore, we attempt to maintain a period of seriousness during raid time. We expect to down shit, swiftly and effectively. There's no way we can do that when we have 24 other people screaming and shouting on vent. Therefore, you should expect seriousness.
-No Drama. Of course, all guilds say it. But we mean it. We have no time for it, at all. We don't want to deal with it, and you don't want to hear it. So, let's not cause any, because in the end, it won't turn out well.
-Progression. Well, every guild, especially newer guilds can never GUARANTEE progression. However, when players walk in with the mindset to progress, usually it happens. Expect to progress. I know we do.
-Fun. While all this text above may make us sound like these macho players (or maybe it doesn't..) the bottom line is, we all play this game for the same, exact reason - Fun. Therefore, you should have it here. You should expect to here jokes around in vent, when we're not raiding, lots and lots of speaking in Guild Chat and just fun!
With that being said..
As I said earlier, the bottom line is, we have high expectations. We look for the best, and hope for the best. If the above sounds like something you'd be interested in, well then, absolutely great!
