Retirement ahead seeks replacement

Hiya.
This is Minusx CL of Cohort in Draenor EU.
My guild is a semi-hardcore one raiding 25s 3 fixed days a week and the rest days devoted to 10men.
We are among the top10 in realm and very respected due to the fact that we are not hardcore but we have achieved a lot .
Relaxed and fun guild tbh with very friedly people.
I am giving up WoW in November so i seek my replacement to tank and eventually lead the class .

I am looking for someone who really knows paladin class in all three talent trees.
