(A-USPvE) Recruiting Ret Paladin for Ulduar Hardmodes

Enigma of Vek'nilash (US) is looking to recruit a full-time retribution paladin (also considering ranged dps, but last time I checked paladins weren't so good at that).

We raid Monday - Thursday from 7:30 pm to 11:30 pm server time (8:30 to 12:30 eastern). Raiding time is focused entirely on 25man Ulduar - we've killed Yogg (server first) and completed 25man hardmode Thorim, as well as numerous 10man hardmodes. 10mans / other raids occur on a casual basis on off nights. Loot is done using fixed-cost zero sum DKP.

We are looking for someone who can maintain nearly 100% raid attendance, is knowledgeable about gear/spec choices and proper rotation, and doesn't stand in fire. Being ready for Ulduar gearwise is of course a strong asset, but an applicant with an exceptional application apart from being a little undergeared will be considered.
