Hmm, we need more info in order to start coding the dynamic effects. That means : #3 (data for EF/WS/DS; only these for the time being), #4 (only DS is left for now), #6, #21.
Theck : please update the leading post, in order to reflect what we currently emphasize on #3 and #4.

Will do. By the way, I uploaded the first version of dynamic_model today, which is where most of the enchant code will probably go.
<edit> Don't we still need data for Flowing River for #4 as well?

FR is now named River's Song (RS). It's better to finish with damage-dealing DEs first, and only then turn the attention to the defensive DEs.

Re: A Call to Arms - MoP Mechanics Testing
Initial observation regarding colossus for #3
After 5 mins, no procs from j, as or cons, will continue for at least 25 more mins.
Unsure wheter this is intended or not.
Very low proc rate while testing cs/sotr, procced possibly of cs

What in particular makes them expensive? Do they require Maelstrom-equivalents?
Also, how expensive are they? Because if throwing money at the problem will solve it, I have about 2 million gold to toss at you. Plus more if I copy extra Theck-clones over.
Money is a solvable problem, the number of Cha Crystals at the ah is a bigger one. Dancing Steel needs 10 Sha Crystals , hopefully the price will fall and the quantity rise with the latest changes to enchanting. Flowing River was changed, now you need a River's Heart instead of a Sha Crystal.
Is post #2 up to date? And whats need to be done first?

Tests #3, #4, #6 are updated. Tackle #6 first, then #3. If you still have time to invest, consider #4.

One for #6
Weapon used is a Malevolent Gladiator's Gavel
Game Version: 15913
AP: 18368
SP: 9184
Only a rogue applying exposed armor and myself judging SoI to get physical vulnerability. Hopefully it helps.
I will try to get the other debuffs asap.
