Hammer of the Righteous stealth... change?

Found this today during addon testing. It looks like the holy damage (AoE) portion of HotR can miss individually now. In other words, if you are tanking three mobs, it can hit mobs #1,2 and miss mob #3. If I remember correctly, before 4.1 AoE always connected as long as the initial physical damage connected.

Holy power generation seems to be linked to physical damage, by the way. I had at least one situation where all holy damage missed, but I still got my holy power.

Edit: 2 out of 3 misses, not all. I've never been able to get holy misses on all of my targets.

Can you provide a log or parse that demonstrates this? This is not how the ability is intended to work (it's supposed to hit all targets if the physical portion succeeds), so if it's acting this way after the patch, it's a bug and we should report it.

No misses: physical damage on primary target, holy AoE against all three dummies, +1 holy power.

I wonder if the primary target always gets holy damage as long as the physical component connects, while non-primary targets can miss. I haven't done enough research to verify that, though.

Ok I just did some testing and I have it all on world of logs.

I went to stormwind 3 dummy's close together and I did mostly HoR and feed in some other stuff. Here is the results.

These 3 are level 70 dummy's.

I did the same test with a training dummy as my target and 1 raider training dummy to each side.

This report right here confirms that you indeed CAN miss the 2nd + target. The bottom training dummy was my target and the top raider training dummy was in the aoe. The raider dummy missed 3 times.

After my tries on the three Raider's Training Dummies in Orgrimmar, I have almost 9% miss chance on the AoE part.
Sample is maybe small, only 15minutes and 177 physical HotR, resulting in 531 aoe attacks.
