StealthBuff : Sacred Duty

I've noticed something I haven't seen in the patchnotes.
Sacred Duty ( http://www.wowhead.com/spell=85433 ) doesnt go away anymore if you miss with SotR.
Do you guys this is intended or is it bugged and will it get fixed soon?

In my opinion, ShoR missing while Sacred Duty is active is itself a bug. I hope they at least leave it this way.
