Stamina, armor and mastery

So, I've been looking around for a little guidance about how valuable mastery and armor is compared to stamina.

I got the question when looking at the flask vs. elixirs situation...

Basically we have 362sta(including kings and tankspec) vs. 900armor and 225mastery...


How is the current formula for calculating which is best?

Is there one?
