Glove reinforcements

I did a quick search and didnt find this anywhere. Does anyone know how much armor one has to have before glove reinforcements becomes less EH than a heavy borean armor kit, if ever?

Glove reinforcements are a generally better enchant than stamina - right up until you hit Lich King Hard, and arguably Sindragosa Hard. Especially on Lich King you're pretty much desperate to stack as much stamina as possible.

EDIT: In ICC. I'm not sure the same holds true in ToGC, but it's not really relevant anymore, either.
