Blood Corruption and Seals of the Pure

Does the Seals of the Pure talent increase the damage of Blood Corruption (the DOT that Seal of Corruption leaves on your target)? I know it increases damage done by the seal itself. Does Blood Corruption count as "its judgement effect", though?
