Seal/Judge Vengence, Rightousness

I was wondering if anyone had access to the formula for Seal of Vengence. I am trying to do some theory crafting and I can not seem to find this here, on elitest jerks, or google. Even the old one would do as I am sure I can figure out how much spell damage is done on extra application on my own.

Also the Formula I found for Seal Rightoussness is kinda off by 80 damage at 180 spell damage
(835/30+.0895*Spelldamage)*WeaponSpeed

Is the DPS one right, or am I going about comparing damage based on per swing damage and whatnot off as SoR and JoR would be done at the same time as SoV and JoV

Currently I am getting 158.4 dps with an averages of:
White damage:104
SoR:84
JoR:397
with just Sor, JoR and autoattack
