Fully Blocking Frozen Blows
Just wondering if anyone knows a solid estimate of the unbuffed AC and BV needed in an ideal raid setup (all debuffs/buffs) to successfully block the melee swings during Frozen Blows to prevent the frozen part from landing.
Thanks.
Thanks.

Re: Fully Blocking Frozen Blows
If you fully block a frozen blow it still counts as a "hit" and the frozen blow may proc anyway.
In 10man the block needed is about 2k, in 25man it's about 4k. Average numbers haven't tested it.
This has already been posted/discussed in the ulduar forum however, if you want more clarification why/how.

Re: Fully Blocking Frozen Blows
if you fully block, FB does NOT proc.
2.5k + sacred shield is enough for 10, in 25 you need 4k+ and a PW:S on the start.
