libram of defiance testing yet?

has anybody tested this yet? just did a quick halls of lightning, hotr on CD every 6, and seems to me it might have a ICD because it never reapplied for the 1st HOTR after it procced...

for the HOL run it had a 61% uptime overall..

what is everyone else experiencing with this? is it worth purchasing first?

Not sure how you are measuring uptime - but on a testing dummy I had 90% uptime

ran wws for the heroic daily today, HOL..

first boss 93% uptime, and 2nd and 3rd not so good due to them going away or having to move.., trash was 48% idk if chain pulling effected uptime % on wws tho...


but it seemed to never reproc on the first HOTR after applying it, and sometimes it would fall off and would not reapply for 2 hotr's in a row...

There are a few posts about the new libram in the gear section. Theck gave a low end estimate of 95% uptime and an average between 97.77% and 97.78% uptime.

You are correct that it appears to have a greater than six second ICD. My limited work puts the number at around 9-10 seconds. Therefore you'll be able to refresh the Evasion proc every other Hammer of the Righteous.

It's definitely worth purchasing. Assuming 100k premitigated hits (roughly Vezax), you'd need the equivalent of ~1300 block value in a libram slot to break even with Defiance.

I bought it yesterday after ToC and we moved for some Naxx i found it procing quite often and having almost constant uptime. I dont have wws yet tho. There must be some ICD since i didnt notice it procing in 2 HotRs in a row after 1st poced. Im quite sure it will be a nice change for my LoO

it basicaly has a 100% uptime and makes warriors jealous with envy ;o
