tanking macro greater than button pressing tank?

Bar 1 is my typical tanking bar for being able to react to things:

1=HotR
2=SotR
3=HS
4=Cons
5 = HoJ
6 = Boomerang Shield
7 = Sacred Shield
8,9,0 = are cleanse rez etc...
F=JoW
Shift+F=JoL
` = Taunt
E = DP
Q = Righteous Defense Macro
Shift + Q = Wings
Shift + E = Party Damage Absorbing Thing... don't remember the name and I'm going to drop it for reck soon

Bar 2 is for when I actually have to pay attention to stuff in the group and call out things... or if I have no desire to actually put effort into it

2 = 9sec Macro
3 = BOOMerang

I just run with the second bar for heroics/badge runs. Run with SoW and JoW + DP means never running out of mana and i haven't had any of the 3.5K+ dps that I run with pull off of me. May change in 3.2.2. BTW new here... Hi!

I like to macro and condense my buttons down to maybe a core 4-5 and then use modifiers to get several usages out of a single button. I use cast sequence macros with reset that have served me well for many months now.

On my druid it is even worse I think just about every ability is some kind of macro... damn druids and all their buttons.
