Holy shield and righteous fury

RF will cause xtra 60% on threat and dmged by holy shield also cause xtra 35%. do they both add up to: total threats received from "dmged by holy shield" equal to 95%?

Threat % modifiers are multiplicative.

What sort of build gets holy shield, but not imp RF is what I want to know.
I have ADHD and OCD...I keep forgetting to wash my hands.
