Also, the disincentives moonkin have to not provide this buff are not really something to get upset with your moonkin buddies about. This is a good candidate for something to ask blizzard about changing. If they want raids to have this buff, they should make it easier to bring. If they don't, they should just get rid of it and make glyphed IS baseline.

At least one boomkin should have this debuff on the boss for the tank, the least geared one.

Exception: A dps race.

But I could see 3% miss being a big enough deal to possibly allow you to bring 1 less healer. Which would be a WAY bigger dps boost then 1 boomkin doing ~3% more damage.

Seriously? If you boost your dodge by 3%, do you drop a healer from your raid lineup?

In some situations, I drop 2 or 3.

Sure. My guild typically runs pretty light on healers compared to others. But one of the situations in which you have people switch specs isn't when you apply IS debuff...

3% dodge =/= 2-3 healers

barely one healer, and even then, you could do it beforehand without that one healer, as your just relying on the skill of the last couple healers in the raid

You misunderstand. I am referring to the situation of going from being hittable to being unhittable.

It's a step towards unhittable.

It's a step towards one less healer.

no, i dont, your stating that the 3% dodge getting you to block cap will let you take away 2-3 healers, and thats just wrong, maybe if it was a fight where only the tank took damage, but even then, if you drop 2-3 healers by gaining 3% dodge, then the remaining healers are pretty damn good and were carrying the 2-3 you dropped, and you should have just dropped them in the first place

No, I mean it in the sense of becoming impossible to hit at all, i.e. 102.4% avoidance.

so your talking about an impossible situation just to prove your point that 3% avoidance is extremely important?

when you hit 102.4% avoidance, you tell me, ill fly to you and kiss your feet, until then, 3% avoidance does not let your drop a healer, and will not save you unless the fight requires absolute min/max, maybe on algalon since he duel wields you can force the boomkin to drop it, or maybe thorim hard mode, but past that its unneeded

Cryptic "I'm smarter than you" troll fails when you mention a clearly irrelevant spell.

Lol at Panzerdin failing.

PS: I haven't been able to become completely unhittable since they nerfed Lichborne (remember when it was 25% miss?) and Blade Barrier (10% Parry). It used to be possible, but only for like, 12 or so seconds every three minutes. It used to be super fun doing it at the tail end of things like Patchwerk and listening to healers exclaim about how I took 0 hits during his enrage
