seal of blood and Soc

does Judgement of Crusader work with seal of blood rather than attack powers?
if you using JoL and SoB, will it still do better dmg than J of Crusader and Seal of Command?

I have soloed Stratholme baron a few times(as ret build) and I Never able to kill him with jugdement of light and seal of blood combo, unless i use lay on hands.

I killed him easy with J of crusader and seal of command combo.

it looks like seal of blood works better with a support of healer in party/raid environments.
