@Lore - Shield

Interesting shield choice!

Was this a choice or more of a "no one needed and it was actually an upgrade"? What do you see as an upgrade to that shield?

Oh and how much are you blocking for now?

Pretty much. I was still using the Nightbane shield (I've had horrible luck with shield drops), and the shield I have now was a direct upgrade in every way save the defense skill, which I don't really need to remain uncrittable, and the extra armor more than makes up for it.

I block for 522 these days.

Very nice! I have bad luck on drops period QQ :/

The next shield that drops >_<

I'm hoping for Kaz'Rogal's Hardened Heart, but if we get Archimonde first and the Aegis drops I may grab that instead - it'd still be an upgrade mitigation-wise, and I'd get some extra spell damage.

Given my history, however, I'd say my next shield upgrade will be a level 71 green quest reward from Northrend.

on a similar note, apparantly the GM/RL/MT of the guild I just joined had his shield BREAK during a boss fight last week.

It's been kinda nice to watch everyone poke fun at him the last couple days since I joined

had that happen while grinding supplicants, luckily i care about 4 different shields with me so it was a quick swap lol
