Def vs. Elemental Attacks
Hi there.
Is anyone aware of how Def is up to Elemental attacks, such as from Hydross? Especially: Does the lowered Crit Chance / "Crit Immunity" through Defense also affect Elemental Attacks?
I'm just building my Nature Resistance Gear for tanking Hydross, and i'm not sure whether I should importantly keep the def cap or not.
Greetz,

Sorry, can't find the post mentioning resilience >_<
But would it be possible on the hydross fight, since a lot of resist pieces are hard on defense, to include the resilience of an item like the gladiators gavel for your chance to be uncrittable? As in, allow your defense to be lower than 490.

Yes, that doesn't just apply to elementals either. My guild's MT was just a hair under 490 for a bit and used resilience to finish it off. Druids rely on resilience as well.
