Tanking Onyxia
So I understand Onyxia hits like a wet noodle on plate these days. Not sure how I should tank her; it seems like I'd run OOM pretty quick in normal gear. So I was wondering how most tankadins go about tanking her.
Should I tank her in my offhealing gear just for max mana regen/max spelldamage/minimum avoidance or what? Or do I just mana pot/taunt whenever available? I want my Quel'serrar NOW.

I'd say maximize your spell damage and stam. A lot of the damage from that fight is nothing but fire.
Let's just say that if complete and utter chaos was lightning, he'd be the sort to stand on a hilltop in a thunderstorm wearing wet copper armour and shouting 'All gods are bastards'.

IMO let a druid tank it, or at least tank it as ret. i;ve tried her multiple times, she doesnt hit for much, and she doesnt hit fast enough to get blocked as much as you need to to keep threat. i tried it once and i lost aggro b/c i had to watch my mana and a lock ended up tanking it until phase 2.
i've never been able to get her past phase 2, mainly due to retarded-ass dps and healers who dont know how to avoid deep breath.

Don't use Holy Shield. Judge Wisdom, put SoV up and spam whatever rank of Consecration is sustainable. Bring a Flask of Blinding Light. Retribution Aura.
You might lose her despite all this, depending on peoples' gear. Then you will discover that a warlock can tank her rather well until a knockback gets you back in control.

u cant solo her due to no reliable ranged attack.
She's easily 2 manned by paladin/healer. Shaman is preferred for windfury and ranged dps imo.
