Two-man heroic Nexus

How do you two-man the elemental boss in heroic Nexus? Commander and Telestra are easy, but this dude with a ton of adds summoned stopped us.
Arthas thought Stratholme is not cool enough and decided to perform some cooling.

You could probably do it the way hard modes are done, if your healer is quite imba. That way, in theory, you're always the only one getting zapped.
