The List: What can I solo as a level 80 prot pally?

haven't really been soloing that much lately (picking up more now that I have basically all the gear I want from heroics)

I'm at around 6kish gold looted

I would recommend ONY, ZG, and maybe some AQ20...

also - tearing through strat live and UD both is a pretty good cash flow... live takes a little longer cause of the healers... but you can get righteous orbs... all depends if crusdaer and orbs are selling decently on your server (they are on mine)

you get a TON of runecloth from both sides together, and you can AOE everything without much trouble...

sell the runecloth to those people who want to level their home city reps... sells for l ike 8-10g per stack on my server

Trying to find a new way to make a buck on limited time.

(all pre wotlk shards on my server, blue and purple, sell for less then 3 G Arthas Horde ><)

farm saronite and titan. both should sell great - if not, get a pet-jewelcrafter to break your saronite.

add heroic Blood Furnace and Sethekk Halls to the list. Both quite easy.

Ok just did heroic ramparts, quite easy with the exception that you need to remember you cant aoe some mobs because some of them do a stunlock and in that case if you aggroed more than 1-2 packs you may have problems. my block was showing from 700 to 1000blocked, so that how much they hit for with an average 25k armor.

farming for anzu mount:
make raid with pala and druid.
clear with pala till anzu point, log out, come with druid and summon, log back on pala.

anzu is pretty tough with those bombs and stuns, so dont kill adds, they give you mana back, i SoL and JoL while getting back mana from BoS.

hopefully mount drops soon .

You can add basically all tbc normals and heroics to the list, some are very tricky but i managed to solo everything atm. Arcatraz being considerably hard and Botanica last boss quite annoying.

10 minute enrage timer, had about 50 seconds left. Very easy, 3 adds will keep your mana up, they died from aoe at about 30%. Wedge yourself in a corner to avoid the huge knockback, and you got it made.

Did it after a 5 person pug fell apart. Only got skeram down, 1 person goes afk and everyone left.

soulstone run? would that get you past Skeram?

no, there is a door behind Skeram that only opens when he dies. You can run by him without aggro, but that's as far as you will get.

Did you try Fankriss?

I would think ret is probably better for him in order to burst those worms down?

Tried fankriss and bug trio, as prot. Didn't go well. Bug trio fear+knockdown+heals = bad.

Fankriss I though wouldn't be too bad, but the worms have a lot of health. Maybe ret would be better for taking them down, but when you get webbed and you got boss and worms hitting you, you drop pretty fast.

Don't see it being possible, but worth a few more attempts sometime.

What do you guys reckon is needed to down skeram? is a shadow priest enough?

I've got a very good shadow priest friend of mine and we've noticed that our two classes have an amazing synergy when soloing old content, we did whole mc easily and could probably do most of bwl if it wasnt for vaelestrasz

With 2 people, 1 person will get mind control'd and destroy the other person. You'll need some sort of CC, and 2 tanks, or 1 tank and a healer imo.
