Just have your healer run away shortly before the insanity cast starts. The further away your healer is, the longer you can DPS the other adds before the healer add joins the fight.

Also, save heroism and other DPS cooldowns for the second insanity. Get the boss to 35-37% of his life and hold DPS. Put up a cast slowing debuff (tongues, mind-numbing, etc) and wait for him to cast a mind flay. As soon as the mind flay starts, use everything you have and burn him down. If you take him from 33% to 0%, you won't have to deal with the 2nd insanity. Doing this on the FIRST insanity, however, will result in two sets of adds.

Can someone please write kind of a trash + boss Guide?
i know the spellflingers have to interrupted or they do 20k dmg but thats it.

died on trash couple times and gave up on first boss.

Kill casters first, then everything else is usually good.

FINALLY got Herald down.

I dunno if i lack uber gear, or just lack the uber gaming skillz, but i cant get enough dps out to burn down the 12k healer before he/she major heals herself up.

So i tried a different tactic, one suited perfectly to the prot pally.

TURTLE TACTIC.

SoL/JoL/Gift of Naruu/Lifeblood, keep HS up and mobs infront and just survive.

took ages but with a bit of positioning i can maintain healthy state indefinately against the mirror images.

If you were horde you would have arcane torrent to deal with the healers. Mabey thats why why find this fight so ez in blues.
