I think I'll try to get the collector box this time.

I'm tempted to get the Collector Box. The WOTLK DVD was GORGEOUS (Wrathgate on widescreen plasma *drools*), as was the artbook. The Cata ones felt a bit more lackluster. Decisions, decisions...

I'm on filtered wireless right now, so I can't see the website. Is the digital CE identical to the boxed CE apart from all of the physical assets you get in the box (art book, soundtrack, etc.)?

Yep.
Both CEs give you the extra mount and pet, plus the D3 and SC2 stuff, the boxed of course add the usual physical bonus assets like cinematics, soundtrack and artbook.

A month prior to release? Mid/late August?
The sooner the better though, finally getting my mount from Raggy tonight, couldn't care about Cata anymore now

For $40 I'll actually pick it up. I don't think I'll play for a very long time since i don't have anyone left to play with but it will be fun to try new areas and such for a bit.
I had initially planned to go back to work on the 25th (taking the 20-24th off for wedding) but maybe I'll go back one day later.

So... $20 for a mount and pet. The mount is actually pretty cool, the wings disappear when you are in ground mode.
However.. There are a TON of new mounts coming in Panda, including the 500k JC PowerRangers mount, engineering rockets and a bunch of rep mounts.
$20 for a mount that a million other players will have?... eh... Might go for the JC mount instead. It will be more unique.

Personally I choose my mounts on how cool they look rather than how unique they look. Used the Paladin Charger pretty much my entire career, until the Tyrael's horsie came out.
Not sure how i feel about this one yet... it looks like a big catdog thing and I am not fond of catdog things

Re: MoP Digital Deluxe Edition & Release Date - Sept 25th
I still regret not getting the WoW (Classic) or BC collector's editions. I'm glad I got the Wrath and Cata ones, but I'm not sure what to do about MoP. As with the others, I'll probably look at the art book once and set most of it aside. I may decide to skip it this time around and just go with the digital version (though if the mount/pet aren't that attractive, maybe I won't bother with the digital CE either).
