The trick is still which server you are on. Depending on who has lead, and if they are in a CRZ to begin with, it can get messy. You usually get pulled to the lead's current CRZ, but if you start out in a non-CRZ zone, strange things can happen.

I am seriously hoping that the 25 DK Heroic Dragonsoul raid is not an indication of another balanced class issue that seems to effect DK more than most.

Yeah ofc, but it still requires a reasonable amount of healing, if one class can put out decent healing and dps at the same time there may be balance issues.

They had 3 DKs go dedicated "Death Coil" healing. Dunno how they worked that out, I guess they all took Lichborne. But then they could only be healed for 10 seconds every two minutes.

If i recall, shoju pretty much healed himself thru heroic porkchop, and this was way before the 35% nerf

plus with them all being blood, they all get vengence, so any raid wide aoe would just boost their dps

DK's seem a little too good at this sort of thing. Its almost always DK soloing a boss that you read about.

They just nerfed Pennance, so it's back to Shadow for my priest. (Yeah, it was pretty strong, considering I could heal the 5-man without actually touching my healing spells, unknown if the nerf will affect the healing part as well).

And also having been that way at least since Cata dropped, the players are probably getting pretty good at it. Pallies may end up getting close in another 2 years or so if the big heal with some absorbs/block don't get nerfed or made useless. Right now, going from being a class with basically fixed rotation with a couple cooldowns on top of totally passive damage reduction I can totally see some growing pains relative to DKs.

Also, I suggest this particular thread be locked - it'd be better to have dedicated threads on specific issues than one mega thread to wade through. (An EJ style "simple questions" thread or something similar for minor issues that don't warrant an entire thread might be a good idea though.)
