Well, I was never big on the fandom itself. I am happy talking about it here and maybe on fark.com on the occasional pony news thread that gets greenlighted.

At one point I considered going to a con or a meetup at the nearest city that holds one -- but with the status the fandom is currently? Hell no. I unfollowed a bunch of people in the fandom as well, both neighsayers and apolegitcs.

I am soured on the show and the fandom...

I guess we got thick skin thanks to WoW's community? ;-)

What about Fluttershy? I want to see a Sonic Cuddleboom!

I feel like the fandom has really gone off the deep end sometimes.

I think I'll just stick to watching the show myself, talking about it here, and reading the comics. I don't look too heavily into what the show is gonna do next, and what who said. I just enjoy the content, and move on =]

Yeah I'm the same as Aubade, minus the comics. Just the show + this thread.

Funfact: Lauren gave away a couple of her ideas for the Mane6 destiny. Take a wild guess what she liked to do with Twilight?

So did the twilight sparkle spotlight comic -- which I bought just because I'm a completionist...

I'm sorry, but MA Larson and Meghan McCarthy burned most of my goodwill toward the show. I will watch Season 4, but I am going into it as a very jaded person.

I'm going into S4 with curiosity and slight worry, but I'm willing to give it a few episodes to get going, even if the first ones doesn't quite catch me. I am nothing if not patient!

You jaded? That's unpossible!

The funny thing is that the show was something I was not jaded about for a long time -- I used to come from work, put a random episode and relax while drinking whisky and coke, just to unwind...

In other news
http://www.seame.tv/2013/02/18/my-littl ... bc-voices/

Apparently, bunch of people say this is better than the official documentary (which I havent watched), and while not bad... the guys having so much pony swag on them makes me cringe... badly...

Seriously though, Klaud can attest that I'm the mildest of mild in all things fan, but that Equestria Girls idea... Just ungh.
Can't judge a book by its cover, but THIS is one mothafarking ugly cover!

One day, when I've finally put a dent in the list over books I want to read and series/movies I want to watch, then I'll see if I can't get around to maybe having a look at these comics you speak of...

I've gotten a decent start though, watched on average 2 movies a week plus a few episodes of different series, AND I try to read a chapter or two of a good book every other evening or so!
