Threw "Scootaloo" in Google translate just for funs, and it detected Slovak language. Translation to English? Scootaloo.

Brilliant comic! :D And yeah, the episode was good too. I'd definitely like to know more about Zecora's magic. Also makes me want to launch D3 and go roll a Witch Doctor!

Man, people was trying hard to get me to play Magic last year. It looked fun, but I had a feeling I'd get slightly obsessed and spend ALL THE MONEYS on cards. >_>

I used to have metric shittons of Pokémon cards, but I never once actually played them. Just collected them. Was great fun when my little sister eventually got interested in Pokémon and the kids in her class started collecting. Boy in her class had over a hundred cards and he was so cool.

"Hey sis, how would you like, say, five thousand of those..."

Best. Brother. Ever.

Having played: Magic, Star Wars, Pokemon, Yu-Gi-Oh, Digimon (didn't collect, but played), Gundam Wing and probably a few others I'm forgetting... a MLP TCG (I'm assuming that's what's being discussed... considering the thread we're in) would interest me, however, the friends that I've played TCGs with in the past would not be interested, which therefore acts as a deterrent to purchasing any :).

FWIW, I still play Magic when I can find someone to play with (and my cards aren't in storage.) I also have a couple Yu-Gi-Oh decks still built, but I'd imagine they're not even remotely close to tournament legal anymore.

There was a fanmade FiM TCG until they got a cease and desist to the knee.

All things considered... they just changed the pics and text on those cards, so I'm not even remotely surprised about that.

Japanese Rarity is great Rarity, and British Fluttershy is great Fluttershy!

So there is a huge Brony population around Bellevue, Washington. We ordered 25 of the My Little Pony Friendship is Magic # 1 Comic and it sold out in a day...second printings are sold out and they are now on third printings. Seriously contemplating gettign 40-50 copies for #2. Also we sell these Mystery Pony Kiosk ponies, and they sell like hotcakes.

Pony power is huge on the Eastside.

Yeah... I think they had a huge convention in Seattle some months ago.

Also, I heard the comics are pretty darn good; if I recall correctly, Comics Alliance gave it a really good rating -- kinda tempted to buy comics again, havent bought anything since I got the Last Stand of the Wreckers hardcover...

Used to be big in IDW's transformers series until Shane McCarthy pooped on it and gave us Poochie... still love Roberts and Roche's stuff, so I am tempted to pick up RiD and MTMTE but I always fear Poochie might crash into the party...

Transformers is doing a lot of one-shots right now focusing on specific Transformers, you might want to check those out.

Ya I saved the variants of the My Little pony comics for us and are sending them to get CGC'd. Your best bet now would be to find a second printing which should be out this week or next. They have 6 covers for the first comic, all the main ponies: Rarerity, Apple Jack, Rainbow Dash, Pinky Pie, Twilight Sparkle and Fluttershy. They also sell a Boxed set with all 6 covers if you can find it. I also sold out of those!

Yeah, i got a bunch of the old spotlight issues -- until they gave Poochie his own spotlight *facedesk*

Like I mentioned, I've been favoring graphic novels and compilations as of lately. And I steer clear of all DC and Marvel... I can't stomach Marvel after Civil War... and outside of Batman, every other DC superhero is lame.

Maybe I should buy the pony comics directly from you~ =P

Well I can always mail them to you if you subscribe =)

Oh and DC is having an amazing arch right now called Death of the Family, if anything is worth it in DC right now it's that.
